Jackson Stafford focuses on supporting advisors and clients through precise, efficient operational execution. In his role as an Operations Specialist, Jackson is responsible for trade execution, client service, and money movement processing, serving as a primary operational contact for both advisors and clients. He is committed to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across all operational activities, helping deliver a smooth and reliable client experience.
Jackson brings experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments and applies that discipline to his day-to-day work, allowing advisors to remain focused on client relationships and long-term planning.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Jackson joined Baird in August 2024, beginning his career in the firm’s call center, where he developed a strong foundation in client service and operational efficiency.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University in 2024 and holds the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses. These credentials reflect his commitment to maintaining strong industry knowledge and supporting advisors and clients with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Jackson spends much of his time at the gym and enjoys watching baseball.
